In Neu-Isenburg, near Frankfurt Airport, we offer fully renovated laboratory spaces and office areas for rent. The building encompasses a total area of 1500 square meters and offers BSL2 laboratories and offices from 250 square meters for individual rental.
The recent renovation included new electrical systems, ventilation, and fiber optic cabling. Additionally, there are storage facilities, changing rooms, and sanitary facilities in the basement. A permit for operation up to safety level 2 is available, with state-of-the-art equipment for molecular biology applications.
We are also happy to support you in the implementation of your own laboratory projects and provide, in addition to the premises, our expertise and partners.
