At Neu-Isenburg, near Frankfurt Airport, we offer completely renovated laboratory spaces and office areas for rent. The building comprises a total area of 1500 square meters and provides BSL2 laboratories and offices starting from 250 square meters for individual leasing.
The recent renovation included new electrical wiring, ventilation, and fiber optic cabling. Additionally, there are storage facilities, changing rooms, and restroom facilities in the basement. An operating permit up to Safety Level 2 is available, with state-of-the-art equipment for molecular biology applications
